Left-click with your mouse into the frame.  Once you can see the image, move your mouse while holding the left-button down.  You should see the view change.

They say that you need Quicktime installed on your computer, though I see these using RealPlayer.

QuickTime - A digital audio and video file-format and architecture developed by Apple Computer, Inc.. Can be viewed on most computing platforms.

QuickTime VR (QTVR) - A part of the QuickTime architecture that allows 360-degree interactive panoramas to be developed and viewed.
